Welcome to Urban Jungle Prepper. For the past few years I have been tossing around the idea of starting several different blogs on the topics of hiking, hunting, camping, prepping, self-sustainable lifestyle, etc. This blog will be the culmination of all those ideas.
A multifaceted chronicling of my prepping in the city, friends and family's prepping in different regions, adventures in nature, and various forays into new areas of survival and self-sufficiency. The UJP blog will serve as a means to collect all of my projects, experiences, and information in one place. Having everything centralized and easily accessible will allow it to be easily shared with all of you, should you be interested.
You will find a mix of original content and re-blogged or shared items. I will be posting everything from tips on what to have in your house for different seasons, to what I carry on me when venturing into the woods. I will also do product reviews and post useful recipes and instructions. Everything that gets posted here are things that work for me in my experience, in my area, and to my liking. No one is going to find everything on here suits them, but everyone should find something that works.
UJP is my tool for learning, retaining, and sharing knowledge in various fields. I'm always open to new ideas or relevant information on any subject or related subject I touch on. Do you have better ideas? Different results? A similar story? Please feel free to share it with us.
